The Zodiac

The horoscope is divided into twelve signs each occupying 30° of the Zodiac: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius und Pisces.

The Sun travels through the entire horoscope in a year and stays approximately one month in each sign. The signs symbolize the quality of each season; in sequence the signs of the zodiac represent the development of each individual from birth to death. When we tell someone, 'we are a Libra' we mean that at the time of my birth the sun was positioned in the sign Libra. The position of the sun is certainly a very important indicator because it describes the personality, but there are many more factors to be taken into account.
